After several promotions, I progressed to Project Manager, where I led a team of Engineers in delivering improvement and maintenance projects across North, East, and West Cambs. After 13 years, I transitioned into bid writing at a civil engineering contractor, further refining my skills. I then took on a managerial role at a bid writing consultancy before establishing Pickerings Bid Consultancy in early 2023.
